Payment and Insurance

  • We follow the Ontario Dental Hygienists’ Association Fee Guide for all services.

  • We accept most dental insurance plans including:

    • Private Insurance Policies: with curtesy electronic direct billing

    • Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)

    • Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB)

  • A mobile travel fee is a charge applied to cover the cost and time, of traveling and set up, to your location for the service.

    The fee ranges from $50.00 to $75.00 per visit.

    The fee applies "where applicable," meaning it's not automatically charged to everyone. It depends on your location and the distance/time required to travel to you.

  • Our oral care recommendations are 100% based on client specific needs, not on insurance plans.

    This means that when we assess your oral health and discuss treatment options, our primary focus is on what's best for your individual oral health. We prioritize treatments and preventative measures that address your specific needs, regardless of what your insurance plan may or may not cover.

    Balance billing may apply where applicable.

  • All associated service fees apply equally to all our clients based on their agreed upon treatment plan.

    We do appreciate payments at time service are provided.

    Financing options can be arranged for uninsured clients, inquire with our office manager Laura at the time of scheduling appointments. .
